Cosy Mummas Thrive Tribe is a welcoming, nurturing environment where we focus on seasonal themes, building appreciation and connection to nature through mindful nature-based activities, foraging and cooking on a campfire.  Supporting parents’ mental health and wellbeing from their 3rd trimester up to the end of the baby’s first year.
